1. Consultancy & Designing: We provide consultancy services, including designing of premises.
  2. Providing the kitchen layout and services: Once a contract is signed with any of our clients, we provide him the Equipment Layout Drawings including of course any custom fabricated items that are included in the BOQ. As that layout is approved and supported by the client; we provide all the services drawings to the client in order to get all the services ready through the civil contractor. This is usually one of the areas of strength which the consultants and contractors support us for.
  3. Installation: After the services are approved and site is ready; we start installation according to the time table agreed with the contractor or/and client.
  4. Commissioning: After we have installed the equipment, we do the commissioning in order for the client to be satisfied and to sign the handover of the project.
  5. Warranty: We provide a standard warranty covering labor cost and parts for the first year. Nevertheless; a service contract can be signed to cover the period after the warranty or the client can request for an extended warranty for minor extra charges.

After Sales Services

Major Part of providing an excellent and reliable post- sale service is keeping the continuous stock of spare parts. Bahrawi has an average of three million Saudi riyals spare parts in its stock all over the three provinces.

The client can request a 24/7 availability of a technician who is on Call for a minor extra service charges that can be agreed on when signing the contract.
